Return Policy

Items are sold as described. Once the item is received, you'll have 48 hours to contact to return if it arrives broken, damaged or otherwise.

If it arrives as described and you'd still like to return it, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and bank fees that may be incurred throughout the return process as well as a 10% restocking fee.

All returns must be packaged in the same materials that the guitar was sent out in to ensure the instruments safety and must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped otherwise you'll be liable for the damages incurred. All claims regarding loss or damage are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Your money will be refunded once the item is returned.
